3. Payments and Refunds

- Extra revisions or requests beyond scope may incur additional charges

5. Intellectual Property Rights
- After full payment, the ownership of the website design and custom code is transferred to the client
- Any third-party plugins, themes, or tools used remain the property of their respective owners
- Webouns retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio or case studies unless otherwise requested in writing
6. Third-Party Services
Webouns may integrate third-party tools, APIs, or platforms (e.g., payment gateways, shipping partners). We are not responsible for the performance, updates, or policy changes of these third-party providers.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project.
8. Limitation of Liability
Webouns shall not be held responsible for:
- Loss of business, revenue, or data due to website issues
- Delays caused by third-party services or client-side delays
- Any damages arising from unauthorized access or misuse of your website post-launch
Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project.
9. Termination
Webouns reserves the right to terminate services if:
- Payments are not received on time
- The client remains unresponsive for more than 30 days
- The client engages in behavior that violates these terms or professional standards
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
