The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT recruitment, a deep understanding of the US job market, and the ability to identify and attract top IT talent. This role involves full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, as well as managing the offer process. The US IT Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process and a positive candidate experience.

Skills Required:

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with various IT roles, technical terms, and current technologies.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within the IT sector.
  • Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and networking.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source potential IT candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Candidate Management: Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience and managing expectations.
  • Offer Management: Extend and negotiate job offers, ensuring alignment with company policies and candidate expectations.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices.
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruiting activities comply with company policies and employment laws.
  • Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of IT recruiting experience in the US market.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations in the US.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
